Main principle:

1. The design of this machine is reasonable and elegant, with a simple and beautiful appearance. The filling volume can be freely adjusted according to the needs of the enterprise, and the operation is very convenient. The whole machine has six filling heads driven by six cylinders, making the filling of materials faster and more accurate.
2. The whole machine adopts imported components from abroad, such as pneumatic components from FESTO in Germany, AirTac in Taiwan, and electronic control components from Delta in Taiwan. The quality is very good and the performance is stable. The material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel material.
3. The machine also has a South Korean optical eye device, Taiwanese PLC control, human-machine touch screen interface, frequency converter, and French electrical components, making adjustment very convenient. It has the function of no bottle filling, accurate filling volume, and counting function.
4. The filling production line adopts anti drip and wire drawing filling plugs, a filling lifting system with anti high foaming products, a positioning system that ensures bottle mouth positioning, and a liquid level control system.
